"ألمانيا تدعم 23 مشروعاً مجتمعياً في مصر بـ13 مليون جنيه لتحسين حياة الفئات الأكثر احتياجاً"

 في وقت يتسم بعدم اليقين على مستوى العالم تقوم السفارة الألمانية بالقاهرة بفخر بالتأكيد على التزامها بالتضامن والمسؤولية الاجتماعية والشراكة. فمن خلال برنامجها للمشاريع الصغيرة لعام ٢٠٢٥ تقدم السفارة الدعم لعدد ٢٣ منظمة مصرية غير حكومية (NGOs) في جميع أنحاء مصر بمبلغ إجمالي قدره ١٣ مليون جنيهاً مصرياً. تستهدف المبادرة تقديم الدعم لمواجهة بعض تحديات التنمية المحلية الأكثر إلحاحاً في مصر - من التعليم والتدريب المهني إلى الرعاية الصحية وحماية البيئة وتمكين المرأة.

وفي احتفالية أقيمت في السفارة الألمانية بالقاهرة أعرب السفير يورجن شولتس عن تقديره العميق للعمل المحوري الذي يقوم به المجتمع المدني المصري:

“إن المجتمع المدني ليس رفاهية بل هو العمود الفقري للتنمية. ونحن نرى في مصر مجتمعاً مدنياً يتسم بالحيوية ومتنوعاً وشجاعاً. رسالتنا اليوم واضحة: نحن لا نقوم بتمويل المشاريع فحسب – بل نحن نستثمر في الأشخاص والأفكار والمستقبل. وسنواصل الوقوف إلى جانبكم بتضامن وباحترام.“ 

تمتد المشروعات الصغيرة التي يصل عددها إلى ٢٣ مشروعاً والتي وقع عليها الاختيار من القاهرة والجيزة إلى المنيا وسوهاج والأقصر وأسوان والشرقية وبورسعيد وحتى الواحات الداخلة النائية. وتشترك جميع المبادرات في هدف مشترك: تحسين الظروف المعيشية للمجتمعات المهمشة في مصر.

وفي خلال حفل تسليم الشيكات الذي أقيم في السفارة كان من دواعي سرور السفير شولتس أن يرحب بممثلي ثلاث منظمات شريكة نموذجية وقدم لهم شيكات رمزية:

١- مؤسسة أهل مصر - التمكين الرقمي للناجين من الحروق:

مع أكثر من عقد من الخبرة في علاج ضحايا الحروق سوف تستخدم مؤسسة أهل مصر المنحة لتجهيز مركز تعليمي رقمي. سيساعد المركز الناجين من الحروق الشديدة على إعادة الاندماج في المجتمع من خلال التدريب المهني والرقمي المصمم خصيصاً لهم.

٢- حياة أفضل - مساحات تعليمية آمنة في صعيد مصر:

تعمل منظمة حياة أفضل عن كثب مع الشريك الألماني ”Freunde helfen Luxor e.V.“ على تحسين حياة الأسر الضعيفة في الأقصر منذ عام ٢٠٢١. سوف تستخدم المنظمة غير الحكومية المنحة لتوسيع وتأثيث روضة أطفال في قرية البعيرات.

٣- مؤسسة شباب الشرقية للتنمية - حلول الزراعة المستدامة - شباب الشرقية للتنمية:

في محافظة الشرقية سوف تستخدم جمعية شباب الشرقية للتنمية المنحة لبناء منشأة لإعادة التدوير لتحويل المخلفات الزراعية إلى علف للحيوانات وبالتالي دعم سبل عيش صغار المزارعين.

 In a time marked by global uncertainty, the German Embassy in Cairo proudly reaffirms its commitment to solidarity, social responsibility, and partnership. Through its 2025 Micro Projects Program, the Embassy is supporting 23 Egyptian non-governmental organizations (NGOs) across the country with approximately 13 million EGP. The initiative targets some of Egypt’s most pressing local development challenges—from education and vocational training to healthcare, environmental protection, and women's empowerment.

At a ceremonial event hosted at the German Embassy in Cairo, Ambassador Jürgen Schulz expressed deep appreciation for the essential work carried out by Egyptian civil society:

“Civil society is not a luxury – it is the backbone of development. In Egypt, we see a vibrant, diverse, and courageous civil society. Our message today is clear: We are not only funding projects – we are investing in people, ideas, and futures. And we will continue to stand by your side, in solidarity and respect.” 

The 23 selected micro projects span from Cairo and Giza to Minya, Sohag, Luxor, Aswan, Sharkeya, Port Said, and even the remote Dakhla Oasis. All initiatives share a common goal: improving the living conditions of Egypt’s marginalized communities.

During the cheques handover event held in the Embassy, Ambassador Schulz had the pleasure of welcoming representatives from three exemplary partner organizations and presented them with symbolic grant cheques:

Ahl Masr Foundation – Digital Empowerment for Burn Survivors

With over a decade of experience in treating burn victims, Ahl Masr Foundation will use the grant to equip a digital learning center. The facility will help survivors of severe burns reintegrate into society through tailored vocational and digital training.

Hayah Afdal – Safe Learning Spaces in Upper Egypt

Working closely with German partner “Freunde helfen Luxor e.V.”, Hayah Afdal has been improving the lives of vulnerable families in Luxor since 2021. The NGO will use its grant to expand and furnish a kindergarten in Boeirat village.

Shabab El-Sharkia for Development – Sustainable Farming Solutions

From Sharkeya, Shabab El-Sharkia for Development Association will use its grant to build a recycling facility that transforms agricultural waste into animal feed and thereby supports the livelihoods of small farmers.
